This moody and flavorful take on a Manhattan brings Redemption’s High Rye Bourbon together with Averna Amaro. It stirs up spicy notes from the bold bourbon and complements them with the orange and caramel notes of the amaro.

- 14 parts Redemption High Rye Bourbon
- 7 parts Averna Amaro Liqueur*
- 7 dashes of Orange bitters
- 7 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 3.5 parts Water
- Brandied cherry for garnish
Directions
- Pour 3.5 parts of batch into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
