Wheated 75

A refreshing take on wheated bourbon. A revision to the classic gin cocktail sees Redemption Wheated Bourbon replacing the traditional gin. The soft and sweet notes of wheat balance with spice notes of cardamom and pepper. This brings depth and robust character to the otherwise bright and bubbly French 75.

Ingredients

1 part Redemption Wheated Bourbon
½ part Lemon Juice
¼ part Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 oz Josh Prosecco or similar sparkling wine

Directions

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker tin. Shake vigorously until chilled and diluted. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
