Whiskey Sour
Did you know
A “Sour” is any cocktail with a base spirit, citrus juice, and a sweetener, and should be shaken with ice to mix. Eggwhites are optional, but provide the cocktail with a creamy texture.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Redemption Bourbon Whiskey
- ¾ parts lemon juice
- ½ parts simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (no ice) in cocktail shaker and vigorously shake for 30 seconds
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters
