CoCo Coffee

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 parts Redemption Rye or Redemption Rum Cask Finish Rye
• 1/2 part Creme de Cacao
• 1/2 part Coffee Liqueur
• 1/2 part Sweet Vermouth
• Melted dark chocolate

Directions

1. Dip rim of coupe glass in melted dark chocolate, then set aside in refrigerator to chill
2. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, except dark chocolate
3. Strain into the chilled, dark chocolate rimmed coupe glass
