Holiday Highball
This seasonal take on a whiskey ginger uses Redemption Bourbon, cinnamon, and corn liqueur to make an effervescent cocktail reminiscent of gingerbread.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Redemption Bourbon
- 1/4 part cinnamon syrup
- 1/4 part Nixta Elote Liqueur
- Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
- Cinnamon stick or citrus peel for garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a collins glass, except ginger ale and garnish
- Fill with ice and top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
- Garnish with citrus peel or cinnamon stick
