Name: Holiday Highball
Ingredients: 2 parts Redemption Bourbon; 1/4 part cinnamon syrup; 1/4 part Nixta Elote Liqueur; Fever-Tree Ginger Ale; Cinnamon stick or citrus peel for garnish

This seasonal take on a whiskey ginger uses Redemption Bourbon, cinnamon, and corn liqueur to make an effervescent cocktail reminiscent of gingerbread.

Ingredients

2 parts Redemption Bourbon
1/4 part cinnamon syrup
1/4 part Nixta Elote Liqueur
Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
Cinnamon stick or citrus peel for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a collins glass, except ginger ale and garnish
Fill with ice and top with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
Garnish with citrus peel or cinnamon stick
