Redemption Bourbon mixes seamlessly with the rich almond flavors from the amaretto. The inherent nutty aromas in an oloroso sherry balance out this winter sipper.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ parts Redemption Bourbon
  • ½ part oloroso sherry
  • ¼ part Amaretto
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • Orange peel and cherry for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice, except the garnish
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube
  3. Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry
