A refreshing take on a perfectly balanced cocktail, this highball pairs the soft sweetness of Redemption Bourbon with the floral aroma of blanc vermouth.

Ingredients

1 part Redemption Bourbon Whiskey
1 part Blanc vermouth
2 dashes Grapefruit bitters
6 parts Soda water

Directions

Combine all ingredients (besides soda water) into a highball glass or stemless wine glass. Top with ice and soda. Garnish with an orange or lemon peel.
