Merry Manhattan
Redemption Rye, sherry, and coffee are a match made in heaven in our Merry Manhattan. A nutty and bittersweet version of a classic that will keep you up through dessert with the family and make the holidays just a little bit brighter.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts Redemption Rye
- 1/2 part Amontillado Sherry
- 1/2 part Coffee Liqueur
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
- Orange twist and luxardo cherry for garnish
Directions
- Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, except the garnish
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Express orange peel over the cocktail and garnish with the orange peel and luxardo cherry
